I purchased the MJ Opus in September but STILL Have NOT Yet received it!

It is 3 WEEKS overdue!!

I have sent Kraken 13 email requests for info and NO response from Andy or Kraken regarding the status!

Outrageous!

At this point I don't even want the Dang MJ Opus!!

At this rate I'll see all the pictures and content of the MJ Opus online before I even receive a response from Kraken!!

Kraken, Jeff Wald, Andy... they should all be ASHAMED of themselves for such poor customer service skills!!

This was a great idea with the This Is It photos, and it is again for the Opus. Thanks for this. I'm still waiting for my copy to reach me here in Australia!

What a great idea posting a new picture each day of Opus. I decided to view this everyday and by the time I FINALLY do receive my copy of Opus, I probably wil have view ed it all on this website. I am getting no where trying to even get a tracking # from ticketmaster. I was given Opus as a surprise Christmas gift and I actually became so overwhelmed with emotion that I broke down and cried. I am hoping somehow I get good news soon. Understand so many others that ordered it through Ticketmaster is also experiencing problems. The world really loved Michael and misses him so much. The Opus will be the greatest memory of him forever!

I am so glad the pictures are being shared. After each passing day I find out more how incredible Michael Jackson's journey was to become the great entertainer that he was. Michael worked very hard to get to the level of performing he was at. I don't think people realized that. I am really enjoying watching the A and E Jackson Dynasty show. Getting to know the brothers again has been great.

Did any of you buy the Jackson 5 I Want You Back! Unreleased Masters album? It came out on Nov. 10 2009. I really like it. It has a different feel to it. Michael's Never Can Say Goodbye alternate version I really love. Buttercup sounds good too. There's also a medley: I Want You Back/ ABC/ The Love You Save. Love the whole album overall. Amazon sells the album, some of you might want to check it out.

This is great. I want one so bad but can't afford it yet so at least us who can't get it yet can see it here.
