When the song “Thriller” hit #19 on Billboard’s Hot 100 in early November, Michael Jackson recently became the only solo artist to have a Top 20 hit on music charts across six consecutive decades, from the 1970s to the 2020s. This is its highest chart position since 1984 when it peaked at #4.
