I'm a fan (and you should be too) because... I am 52 years young. I grew up with Michael and his music and have always loved him and his music with the Jackson 5 his brothers, and as a solo artist. Listening to his music makes me feel happy and it always puts a smile on my face. It takes me back to when I was young and the world seemed a bit kinder than it is now. My heart aches that he died so young. I feel like I have an open wound that just will not heal. I am constantly thinking about him and often start to cry when I listen to his music or when I hear something on the news about him. If I feel this way I cannot imagine how his family must be feeling. He will always be in my heart and my mind. He's brought people together through his music and through his charitable work, which I think should be looked at more closely. All he wanted was to do good for the world, If we had a political leaders in the world who thought like Michael did this world would be transformed into a place with no wars, hunger, or so much injustice. We adored him as a child, were awed by him as a young man. Then it seems that once we brought him to the top he had some people around him that did not have good intentions for him. People just got too greedy and had their own agendas. He was for most, cut down in the prime of his creativeness with false accusations of child molestation. When he should have been creating more music he was defending his dignity and life. We have missed out on 15-years of music from him. From about 1993 when he was first accused, he never really recovered from it. How can one be creative with all of that over their head all of the time. Then in 2001 he started to come back with his album Invincible, then he was again accused in 2003 of molestation. I don't believe any of it. He is gone, but his music will continue on................
