MJ OPUS Purchased in Sep BUT Still NOT Received!

It is 3 WEEKS overdue!!
I have sent Kraken 13 email requests for info and NO response from Andy or Kraken regarding the status!
Outrageous!
At this point I don't even want the Dang MJ Opus!!
At this rate I'll see all the pictures and content of the MJ Opus online before I even receive a response from Kraken!!
Kraken, Jeff Wald, Andy... they should all be ASHAMED of themselves for such poor customer service skills!!

This is the WORST customer service I have ever received!
I purchased the Opus 15 Sep 09 and STILL have NOT received it!
I also HAVE NOT received a response from Andy or Kraken as to the status of the delivery!
OUTRAGEOUS!!
I'll be filing a complaint with the FTC!!
UNBELIEVABLE!!

It makes me weep that Sony will continue to PROFIT off Michael even in Michael's death! Why wasn't Sony supporting Michael and his music and his projects while Michael was ALIVE?? WHERE was the $250 million dollar deals last year when Michael was here? We were here!!! There was a market!! We, Michael's fans, were here!! We've ALWAYS been here for Michael... loving and supporting Michael and his music and his projects!
