I'm a fan (and you should be too) because................ WHY THE CRAP WOULDN"T YOU BE ONE!!??!! I mean, he was SOOOOOOO TALENTED!!!!! He was an AWESOME singer, dancer, song writer, and person!!!!!!! He's changed the art in music (and it will live on forever). For all the people out there who think he is a "weirdo you need to get a life and stop messing with this poor guy!!!! All he wanted to do was change the world and overcome all those things that seemed to be impossible to everybody else! He is the proven BEST DANCER IN THE WORLD! MC Hammer, you can dance, but did you invent the moonwalk? I THINK NOT!!!!!!!!!! He was a star that had a since of humor and A MIND that had pure heart and soul in it. I DON"T SEE HOW YOU COULD NOT ♥ THIS MAN!!!!!! His music will live on forever! I mean, I just watched him on TV for 7 hrs straight (and I'm 11)!!!!!!! I have 62 of his asongs on my Ipod!!!!!!! I listen to them everyday whether I'm just headed to the grocery store down the Ashville Hwy or I'm going to Johnson City to shop at the Mall! He was a musical genius!!!!!!! On Fuse, I'll watch "Michael Jackson: Devotion" and during the begining they'll do a slide show thing and put a sad version of "Amazing Grace" on it with no words...........AND I WILL CRY!!!!!! I had never even heard of Michael until my music teacher turned on "Thriller" close to Halloween in the 4th grade (which was last year)! i was a little freaked out with the "Whole turning into a warewolf thing" but I LOVED HIM!!!!!!!! My music teacher said "That was Michael Jackson the King Of Pop! Thriller was the #1 song in the world! He was a genius!!!!". I went home that day and looked him up on the internet! I ♥ed him for a few days then never even heard of him again until that one summer day! My mom, step dad, and brother were eating dinner and (I was already done) I came in from outside real quick to get a drink of water! I heard the name "Michael Jackson" and backed up to get in front of the TV! My mom said "I knew she would do that" as I sat down in front of the TV! "The King Of Pop was pronounced dead at 2:26 pm earlier today!" the woman on the TV said! At that moment, my whole body froze! I could feel a chill role down my spine as they said the word "dead" after his name! A tear almost ran down my cheek as I realized he was gone! But I managed to hold back! I just tried to ignore it as I ran back outside. When I reached the bottom of our hill, my neighbor came out and said "Hey, did you hear that Michael Jackson died?". My other neighbor over heard and came rushing and then said "How'd he die?". We just said that he had a heart attack! I stayed outside for the rest of the day! But from that day on, I have admired him and his music! That is why I'm a fan of the beloved Michael Jackson! -billiejeanthriller101
