I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...Michael was like the soundtrack to a lifetime. Every different song evokes a memory of the people in my life, and the circumstances of my life good and bad at the time he introduced it. His music is like a touchstone for millions and millions of people. He was larger than life and I can't even begin to imagine his brilliance silenced. But what he left behind to prove he lived, is his legacy. And what a phenomenal legacy to us all. I loved the phrase from the Mya Angelos' poem "we had him." Yes we did. But he was God's first and only on loan. I will miss him terribly, along with the rest of the world. God bless his family and children, and God bless MJ. He sings with the angels now.
