对莫里的指控是美国司法界的一个耻辱
首先，完整的官方验尸报告出来后，澄清了很多谣传，包括一些歌迷对MJ的误解。所以在这里先列出你必须知道的事实。因为在以后的日子里，我们会在媒体上看到很多莫里为自己辩护的谎言，而媒体是与他站在同一战线。大家要做好同2003年案件时一样的心理准备，因为媒体不在乎事实，他们在乎的是销量，而杰克逊的丑闻是最卖座的。
只有验尸报告中的一切才是最真实的，因为它是科学，是唯一不带有任何人为偏见的真相：
1. 验尸报告表明杰克逊无药瘾。使用药物与滥药是完全不同的定义。杰克逊确实服用处方药，但是全部都是正当使用。同我们一样，失眠时会服用安眠药。心情低落时，使用抗抑郁药物（不同的是，其他人不会经历他所承受的地狱般的生活）。报告指出，警方在杰克逊家中收集了全部的药物包括：镇定剂，肌肉松弛剂，抗生素，安眠药，治疗白癜风药物（无止痛药）。
2. 杰克逊身体总体情况健康，除一些小问题例如关节炎等。体重也属正常范围136磅。身体各器官正常。除了肺部，但与死因无关。
3. 验尸报告明确写出杰克逊患有白癜风。
澄清对于异丙酚上瘾的误解：杰克逊没有对异丙酚上瘾。首先，异丙酚本身不会上瘾，与止痛药和可卡因等药物不同。所谓的异丙酚上瘾是指使用者对这种药物带来的自身感觉上的依赖，属于精神上而非身体上的依赖。
而异丙酚上瘾的使用方法与杰克逊的不同，因为异丙酚是强力麻醉剂，很少的剂量就可以让全身立刻处于睡眠状态（无任何感觉，类似于休克。所以异丙酚经常用于手术中）而异丙酚上瘾者所寻求的药物给身体带来的感觉，则必须自己掌控使用的剂量，让自己的身体在清醒的状态下达到想要的快感，而不是用量过度而不省人事。这种剂量的掌控需要非常专业，所以大多数异丙酚上瘾者都是专业的麻醉师。
杰克逊对异丙酚的使用方法与手术中的使用方法相同，用药物将自己处于不省人事的睡眠状态，这种方法不会上瘾。因为当你使用它时同死亡一样，没有任何感知。
MJ使用异丙酚的目的就是想要睡觉，这对于严重的失眠者是一种最大的奢求。但是为了高体力消耗的演唱会和彩排，足够的睡眠是必不可少的。于是杰克逊聘请了私人医生莫里，负责在夜晚帮助他入睡，治疗他的失眠症并照料他的健康。
根据莫里给警方的口供，在MJ去世前一晚，莫里为杰克逊使用了其他镇静药（没有异丙酚），并成功帮助他睡眠。这表示，杰克逊不在乎医生为他使用什么药物，只要它是合法安全的，并能帮助自己入睡。
MJ想要就只是可以在晚上睡觉，他把自己的信任全部给了莫里。而莫里的眼里却只有金钱，作为医生他没有把病人的利益放在心上，没有用正确的方法治疗杰克逊的失眠症。
相反，莫里每晚却用各种各样的麻醉剂来应对杰克逊的失眠。更无耻的是，异丙酚的使用是有风险的，如果注射过量或过急会导致病人缺氧甚至致命。所有在使用时必须配有相应的医疗设备，而莫里却选择忽视这一切。
不得不说，莫里就是比马丁·巴舍尔还要无耻和贪婪一百倍的小人！马丁巴舍尔毁掉了杰克逊的名誉，莫里夺走了他的生命。杰克逊再次相信了不该相信的人！
莫里谋杀杰克逊的依据：
1. 杰克逊死于莫里给他注射的异丙酚。被人用“杰克逊在异丙酚里游泳”来形容莫里为MJ注射的这种危险药物的含量。
2. 法医报告明确指出莫里没有提供使用异丙酚所必需的设备和仪器， 没有提供基本的医疗护理。
3. 当MJ生命垂危的时候，莫里在与其他人通电话。（电话录音被媒体播出）。
4. 为杰克逊注射致命药物后，玩忽职守长达数小时之久，期间拨打数通电话。
5. 拖延救护时间长达1小时，错过了抢救的黄金时段。
6. 坚持让急救人员在现场抢救，而不是到只有3分钟车程，设备完善的医院。
7. 向急救人员隐瞒自己给杰克逊使用过异丙酚。拒绝急救人员在杰克逊家中“宣布死亡”的请求，并坚持将其送入医院。
8. 在“负债累累的情况下”可以聘请最好的律师团队&私人保镖&强大的PR公司为自己辩护。
美国司法的双重标准：
在这些铁一般的事实面前，洛杉矶监控部门竟然只是以一项不痛不痒的“意外误杀罪”来指控莫里（没有其他任何额外指控）！最高刑罚只有4年，而最低刑法甚至可以不用坐牢。
莫里夺走了全世界最伟大音乐家的宝贵生命，让三个孩子成为孤儿，让全世界的歌迷心碎，却只换来他自己四年的时间？或者连坐牢都不用？这就是天理？这就是正义？
MJ活着的时候没有得到他应得的尊重和公理，被人类的贪婪，邪恶，嫉妒，诽谤，偏见与无知折磨着；现在他去世了，仍然没有得到自己应得的公理和正义。
就是这群以杀人案里最轻刑罚指控莫里的洛杉矶检控部门，当年以十多项没有任何实质证据的控罪将杰克逊送上法庭，接受“奇耻大辱”的世纪审判；你能相信就是他们在03年曾以“意图绑架加文一家，并计划将他们用热气球送走”这么荒谬的指控针对杰克逊么？
而莫里呢！在验尸报告铁一般的事实面前，可以在外面逍遥8个月之久。在检察官和警方准备正式起诉莫里前甚至与他协商投案，给予一个杀人犯特殊的“皇家待遇”，特许他不戴手铐！保释金只需75000美元，莫里仅需支付75000美元就可离开。
不同的是，杰克逊却被当年相同的司法部门公开羞辱，在没有任何证据的情况下，立即用手铐逮捕，在登记期间，竟然将他锁在肮脏的厕所里。然后以创纪录的300万美金保释。当局将MJ嫌疑犯头像发布在所有媒体上。并请来专门的公关小组，在没有证据的情况下，试图用舆论压力将杰克逊定罪。可是七十多名警察把Neverland变成垃圾场，却没有找到任何证据。
这就是美国双重标准的法律！莫里是有罪，但是美国的司法部门，媒体、SONY、AEG还有MJ身边所有贪婪的小人都是害死他的间接凶手！为什么杰克逊会失眠？为什么他要服用抗抑郁药物？这些人的手上都沾有杰克逊的鲜血。天使是不该活在这个肮脏的世界，现在他终于可以得到自己想要的平静！

yes indeed.. it was a moment there when i opened the opus.. i didnt really wanna open it too fast as the moment slips past.. like Mike is immortalised within this 13.6kg book. and my gosh. his huge face on all the pages... i miss him already. How can an event of opening a book be happy and sad at the same time? bittersweet.
is it so fast already? 6 months?

Wooohooo!!!!!! I was thrilled to have received my Opus today! The moment I saw the book and his pics, my tears just fell... It is such a beautiful book! Everything is so perfect! I was in awe as I was browsing through it...and at the same time it made me miss him so so much...
