Wow is right! All I can say is "I am moved to tears" - this is a wonderful way of helping the people of Haiti. What is also wonderful is the diversity of artists, just like 25 years ago! I loved it - I loved it very much. Thank you for keeping Michael in this video. I know his mother wanted it and his fans needed it!

I can't believe they asked Barbara Streisand to sing Michael's song, especially after she had the audacity to turn down Michael when he asked her to sing with him!
I feel they should of wrote something new and left the original alone!!!
We don’t have to support the remake in order to support Haiti.
That’s one thing about America…we have giving hearts. We are drawn to help those in need…even if we don’t have a lot ourselves. We ARE The World should have been left alone…NOT TOUCHED. Regardless if Lionel helped Michael with the writing…the song has a Historical place in Music History, and should be off limits to redoing, remaking whatever you want to call it.
I know Michael was a great humanitarian and loved to help people…but I feel he would have been creative and wrote a new song for Haiti.
I am a supporter of Haiti…but not of changing the song! This is just my opinion.

I recently went to Barnes and Noble to purchase a book on Customer Relationship Management with my Membership Card and Value Customer Coupon. As I headed into the store, Michael came to my mind (which is not unusal )but I started feeling VERY SAD because I was thinking about MJ's 1st Anniversary approaching on June 25th in LA and I NEVER had an OPPORTUNITY to meet our see our BELOVED MJ LIVE - EVER! I was headed straight for the Information Center, in the middle of the store, to see if the book I was looking for was in stock but I got distracted with other displays in the store. I started drifting further and further to the left side of the store for some ODD reason. I was looking at the Black History Month Display and then St. Patrick Day Display and then the various Cookbook Displays.

ANYWAY- I said "Irene, get FOCUS on the purpose of the TRIP to B&N". I then turned to head to the Information Center and then OUT OF THE CORNER OF MY EYE to the LEFT- I spotted Michael... On the Cover of A Book of Course (Hee, Hee)!! You know how we MJ FANS can spot ANYTHING with MJ a mile AWAY!! There MJ stood Front and Center on the Top Shelf on the Display. The MJ Book that I never seen before had that famous pose of MJ from this Billie Jean Performance at his 30th Anniversary MJ Special. I approached the display with caution because not every MJ BOOK is a POSITIVE ONE! I said "Mike - what's this??" I noticed the other books on the Display of Elvis, Bruce Springstein, Guns and Roses, The Beatles, BB King, Bob Dylan, etc.. The Display read "LEGENDS OF MUSIC" and I was so please to see MJ's BOOK - was where it belonged - FRONT and CENTER!

I took the MJ Book from the Display and it was entitled "Michael Jackson Treasures" - Celebrating the King of Pop in Photos and Memorabilias. I started flipping through the book and said OMG - ARE YOU KIDDING ME, IS THIS FOR REAL??? The Book has all of these AWESOME MJ SOUVENOIRS - in Gorgeous Vellum Paper with MJ's tab with a Crown on TOP of each Packet after each chapter:

I WAS SO BEYOND THRILLED and I LITERALLY GOT GOOSEBUMPS!! I TRULY FELT LIKE I FOUND A MJ's TREASURE BOX FULL OF GREAT MJ STUFF!! Michael TOTALLY LEAD ME TO FIND THIS BOOK!! Let me tell you ALL - as a TRUE MJ FAN - YOU will be TRULY BLESSED and SO HAPPY To have A Little Piece of Michael! You can tell this MJ Book was put together with LOVE and It's a Beautiful Book. I call it a "Litte MJ OPUS Version" but even better because of ALL of the MJ MEMORABILIAS!! And I own a MJ OPUS that I TOTALLY CHERISH!! I havent' fully read the Michael Jackson TREASURE BOOK as yet - BUT I LOVE IT and I will literally TREASURE IT and YOU WILL TOO!!
