Michael Jackson's Estate Heads to Japan
REUTERS: Tokyo, Japan . From the 24k gold engraved Neverland gate sign from Jackson's California estate to a sampling of his most recent industry awards, some of the most cherished personal possessions of The King of Pop will be on display at the Tokyo Tower just in time for the Golden Week Holiday April 29th. More than 280 estate owned items make up "MICHAEL JACKSON -The Official LIFETIME Collection", including the singers 1967 Rolls Royce Phantom, antique piano, and costumes from the 3D "Thiller" video shot for Jackson's "THIS IS IT" tour.
The only "official" Michael Jackson exhibition in the world to directly benefit the estate and Jackson's children, The Lifetime Collection reveals items that have been stored in Michael's vaults. The collection is expected to excite and draw fans from all over Asia for a rare look at many of Jackson's iconic stage and video costumes, props, industry awards, and the largest collection of crystal-encrusted gloves worn by the singer ever put on public display.
Since Michael Jackson's passing, the spontaneous outpouring of support from Japanese fans has sent Jackson back to the top of the charts. The documentary film "Michael Jackson's This Is It" has set new box office records and has become Japan's all time best selling DVD.
Only weeks away from the Japanese "Golden Week" holiday, local Japanese producers have joined with the Tokyo Tower to open up space for the unprecedented exhibition. All five tons of the famous "Neverland" gate sign that only months ago stood in front of the sprawling estate will mark the entrance of the exhibition at the Tokyo Tower.
The Tokyo Tower will show its colors in tribute to the late singer with special lighting throughout the duration of the exhibition expected to run for eight weeks. Produced by the original creative team from Juliana's Tokyo, the legendary Japanese mega-club of Japan's economic boom days in the 90's, the Tokyo Tower plans to stay open until 10:00pm each night to make the Lifetime Collection an entertaining once-in-a-life-time experience for fans.
"Holding the exhibition at the Tokyo Tower is the greatest tribute to Michael Jackson that Japan can give" said local event producer John Robinson, of Juliana's Urban Development Group. "It is the most photographed and televised icon in Tokyo, an appropriate place to celebrate Michael's life." Tickets are scheduled to go on sale early next week and will only be available on the events official website:

I was in the process of expressing how distasteful it is for Julien Auction House 2 hold an auction on the day my brother passed.
5:01 PM Jun 9th via web
My bro stopped this auction before....
5:05 PM Jun 9th via web
How insensitive of them to use the anniversary of his death to bring attention to an auction of items he didnt want to part with.
5:06 PM Jun 9th via web
I will do my best with Julien Auction House but I can only do so much. Ultimately my mom has the power to stop this, not me
6:40 PM Jun 9th via web
This frustrates me. I know my brother wouldn't want this

Posted by heavensentstardiva on Jun 07, 2010 at 10:23 PMI agree you guys; the media and Americans overall are ridiculous, evil, small minded, liars, hateful, jealous, fake, two-faced and pathetic.
Michael Jackson deserved/deserves EVERYBODY's love, UNCONDITIONAL love (the only kind of love there is), respect, loyalty, honor, support. And not suddenly when he's physically gone. When he was physically alive, as well as now.
Al Sharpton emailed me directly from The Action Network, and thanked me for being such a powerful spokesperson on Michael's team.
And he is so right when he said internationally - The negative no-good people like to dig around mess. Michael was focused on his message. Around the world; of healing, building, loving, uplifting, changing, supporting. Wasn't nothin' wrong with his kid's daddy. What was wrong was what their daddy had to deal with.
My Memoir To Michael Jackson My Kindred Spirit
Date: 6-26-09
From: Miss Black America U.S.A Spokesmodel
Topic: Start With The Man In The Mirror.....
God Is With You My Brother
As a woman of God with a good spirit, you too Michael have always had a good spirit. Why are negative, evil, cold blooded, envious people of this world and of this country that way toward people with good spirits? Nevertheless, you are at complete peace now my brother. You were always in my prayers and still are. Your spirit and goodness resonated throughout the world and throughout this God-forsaken country; you touched and inspired the lives of millions. Millions of people who in just 2 hours completely sold out your most recent world concert tour dates/locations that was to start in London next month; and millions of people still love and uplift you as the worlds largest (over $300,000,000 to charities and charitable causes) humanitarian entertainer, always millions of dollars rich unlike what the lying media became jealous of, never broken by their (nothing but) lies, gentle kind caring spirit, song writer and performer of harmony inspiration world peace human respect, the king of pop and rock-n-roll; that which you will always remain.
You are a good spirit huge heart miraculous blessing from God to this world. You and I, Michael, have always had so much in common. I have made contacts - I encourage the President (whom your groundbreaking helped pave the way for to even run and be elected) to host a commemorative tribute concert on your behalf at the white house, and donate the funds to your favorite charity or to what your parents Joseph and Katherine deem best. And for Epic/Sony to produce and release a DVD of all of your music video's.
My parents told me that when my two sisters and I were little they brought home your new 'Thriller' album from the loop (downtown); and I was more excited than everyone else. We played it over and over. My mother even kissed the album cover on your forehead and said 'God bless this precious one-of-a-kind man of God'. The lipstick mark is still there.
And yes, we wore the Michael Jackson ‘Beat It’ jackets.
When your next album came out, as our mother was in college, she’d perform each semester in the performing arts showcase conducted by some of the professor’s. She had my sisters and I on stage, as young and little as we were, singing back-up. This particular semester she sang ‘The Man In The Mirror’ (one of your most touching most emotional songs and video’s); and I remember singing out (quite loud) on the mic “your mind, that man. that mane, that man, that mane, that mane, whooh, whooh, ahwhooh, whooh!!!” As always, we got a standing ovation.
I bought The Jackson 5 four-disc collection with picture and facts story booklet when I was in college; and also have 5 of your other albums over the years. I had my little nephew and two 2 nieces (one of many times) one month last fall; October actually, and was playing one of your albums. They asked 'who is that'. I said, 'Michael Jackson. You guys never heard of Michael Jackson?!?!?'. Their mother (my sister) surprisingly never taught them about you. I did. And later that night I turned off all of the lights, candles and night-lights; I put the record on, turned up my stereo real loud with extra base, grabbed a flashlight and put it under my chin as my microphone and acted out the entire song 'Thriller'. My youngest niece laughed the entire time, and my other niece and nephew screamed. They had so much fun that my nephew then wanted to have a turn to grab the flashlight and act the song out for us. Then I told them about when I was a Brownie before becoming a Girl Scout, and we went camping, and skipped around the log cabin to the famous Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’ - 'mama say mama sah tu mah tu sah'. So we did it around my house. LOL.
I remember in college I'd have Michael Jackson music mood days. I was an R.A of two upper classman floors and opened my door, played my stereo loud through 2 or 3 of your albums. Students would stop in the room and we'd reminisce about some of your video's and enjoy my albums (cd's). Throughout my life I have always been the first to run to the t.v when a Michael Jackson world premiere video would come on, any of your video's for that matter.
My mother reminded me yesterday (6-25-09) before she sang the song to me; of one of the times her and our dad saw you perform live; and when you and your talented brothers performed in a talent show at the Regal Theatre, you lead The Jackson 5 in a song called 'Steal Away'; you guys won that talent show of course, as well as many others. They also saw The Jackson 5 perform in a lounge. You were just a little boy, with humongous talents.
I could go on and on.
Love,
Miss Black America U.S.A Spokesmodel

Michael and I have always had so much in common. Truly my kindred spirit is now missing from this earth in the physical but is still with me as always in the soul. Always. Much love.
The people of this world never have never can and never will understand, touch nor reach the heights God has placed me and Michael's spirit at as human beings.
