This was a real nice red carpet premiere. It was real in all sense for MJ. Plus, I loved the insights they had especially when they talked about how wonderful he smelled. LOL! The movie was not what I expected it to me. I thought I would run out of the theater boo-hooing but instead I was happy and full of joy! It was put together very well and even though I was sad at the end I was excited to see how thrilled MJ was about the tour. He was and will always be the best ever! i saw this is it on tuesday the pre-show it was amazing i loved every minute of it! and i would love to see it agian if i would be able too!!!! i went to go and see the movie with my mom and she started crying at the first 30 minutes! michaels voice was amazing and hes dance moves he wanted it to be perfect and i loved it he new music hell he was music!

I have seen the movie in Washington. I am a flight attendant and on 28th Oct I travelled from Qatar to Washington thinking all the way through the 14 hours flight that I am going to reach US and see the movie... It was more than worthed! Once again Michael Jackson the artist, showed to his fans his genius and his love for life and for the world. In 2 days I am going to Houston, I am going to see the movie again, that's for sure! And I am waiting for it to appear on DVD...
I don't think there are words enough to describe the emotions that his music bring to our hearts...The 2 hours movie flew like a dream! Congratulations to the producers, the movie catches the joy of MJ's music, it shows MJ the real artist and the man...The message reached our hearts, his music and his love will live forever!

I've seen it yesterday in Romania. The movie hallway was full of people all ages- from 2 years old till 65 years old. I am 31 and I went with my mom- a big fan- 62 years old. The show was magical- such a normal person, with common sense, modesty and politeness. I shared a tear, I enjoyed the show and admired the perfectionist. Nostalgic, sweet... The film revealed the man, not only the entertainer, and he was a very smart person. He knew what to say, when to say, and he was extremely positive. This movie made me love him more, because I gave up the misconception that he might have been weird, like the media said. He was deeply normal, too normal for our days, and I love and admire him even more. Michael Jackson, the singer, the dancer, the MAN - my respects!

There was never a day in my childhood that MJ wasn't apart of...he taught me how to love, care, see through pure eyes, and hug people with meaning...he taught me how to laugh and cry, how to believe and how to forgive. He was a teacher to millions that have never even met him and I wanted to thank him for that. I was going to meet him in Vegas and be able to tell him all that he did for me, but never got the chance.

My heart is breaking but I know now that the Heavens have him held tight and that the hands of God are cradling his face with kisses of Love from all those he missed in his life. I am greatful as an adult to be able to share his meaning and live a life he wasn't able to....when I grocery shop, I think of him.... when I pump gas, I think of him...all the things we hate to do he was never able to do.

I miss you dearly but know your loved so very much..bless your kids and brothers and sisters along with your mother I know they will be hurting for a long time.

I watched "This Is It" movie last night and was so moved. It felt like Michael was still with us. My daughter and I dressed up in a black hat, glove and MJ t-shirts. She is eleven and she said she felt like she knew him personally after seeing the movie. We are going back again on Sunday to the closest IMAX theater which is 3 hours from my home. Michael's legacy as the King of Pop is deserved because he earned it. But many are still unaware of his unselfish unprecedented humanitarian work. Before EVERY concert, Michael would visit orphanages & children hospitals bring gifts for the kids. If the conditions in the institutions were not up to par, Michael would tell them that he would not take the stage that night to perform if the changes he requested were not made. Kenny Ortega spoke about this as he was with Michael in Budapest. Michael literary told them, that if you don't make these changes, I will not perform & the changes were made in plenty of time for Michael to take the stage.

This IS who Michael Jackson was. The world needs to know this & celebrate the FULLNESS of this man. Michael WAS the Man in The Mirror reaching out to Heal The World because he knew that We Are The World and that change starts with US. He didn't just WRITE those words, he LIVED them.

I've seen "This Is It" twice now in a 24 hour period and it moved me even more the 2nd time I watched it. MJ is a true musical genious in which no one will ever compare. For 2 hours, I felt like Michael was with us all again. His music, his dance, his genuine care for all people, makes me realize was an enormous loss this world has had. His legacy will live forever and I feel this movie has given me back a little something of what the world has lost. This show would have been the greatest performance ever seen and I hope Michael knows how much he is loved! I love and mIss you MJ!

Hey people, do yourself a favour - this movie is a "MUST SEE" on the big screen!

Even if I were bias in liking whatever performances given by MJ, you can trust the objective judgement of my other half who, after seeing the movie with me, likes it enough to go for a repeat on the same day - when he's not even a fan of MJ! Goes to show the Big Screen concert effect is really worth seeing!

A BIG THANK YOU to Kenny Ortega for putting his heart into the whole thing...the quality is undeniable and MJ's magic is overwhelming. Everyone involved in the rehersals is so professional! Even have to give credit to Sony this time for making it happen ie bringing this quality movie to us in commemoration of the awesome MJ!

What an emotional experience for me in the cinema - crying over this scene and that scene, deeply struck by the beauty of this virtual "concert". It's like we were standing so close to the stage watching his live performance!

Just got home from seeing THIS IS IT in Ohio....Amazing!! This concert would have been blown anything else off the map. All I can say is that the world lost a very special person in Michael Jackson. For a little while we had Michael back with us. To anyone who goes to see this film, make sure you stay through the credits.

Kenny Ortega did a great job putting this together. It had to have been difficult at times for him and his crew to do this, but Thank You Kenny for sharing the Michael you knew with all of us.

I saw "This Is It" yesterday with my Husband and it was everything I thought it would be! Amazing!!! "L.O.V.E." I love it! Hearing Michael say it makes him "sick that they tear the World up the size of a football field" just moved me to tears! The movie was sooo good and moving at the same time! I cried for him and at the same time, smiled with him! Such a beautiful man with a beautiful soul!! I love and miss you so much, Michael!!!!!!

"This is it" was so, so amazing... I wanted to stay in the cinema and to watch Michael without stopping... It was so beautiful... He was full of energy and enthusiasm, so loving, so awesome.. As always... But that's Michael!.. Our lovely angel... :'(

It was so amazing to see everyone that showed up for the first view This Is It.. I had gotten my tickets on Sept-27th when they went on sale cause i knew if i didn't i wouldn' get a seat.. I am so excited that tonight i will see..... He is very much alive today.. I see the MJ i knew for years the greatest man kind human that god sent forth to do exactly what his calling from GOD was. All I can say is that it was beautiful! Everything I had expected and more. Very spiritual experience, one that I will never forget. I feel more at peace now that I have seen for myself. Seeing Michael smile and laugh made all the difference in the world. So much was posted about his last days being so negative and how Michael was sedated and high on drugs most of the time. This movie disproves all of those lies. See for yourselves, he was the Michael that we all know and love. Graceful and angelic in every frame. Dance in peace Michael! Still missing you. . . . .

I could not wait until the 28th...I had to go see it. I took a nap from 6:00PM to 11:00PM on Tuesday 10/27/09 and saw the midnight show. Michael was absolutely wonderful. He had so much energy, It would have been a spectacular concert. It's so sad that he is gone.

I saw the movie last night. It was wonderful to see him again - to see his magic in the making - to see him moving and rocking in the days before he left us. Thank you so much for giving us this gift! I must say that after the movie, I found myself sadder than ever. It has only made me more lonely for him...lonely for myself and the world. Of course, I will see the movie every single day during it's short screen time. Grief has never hit me so deeply. His music comforts me and restores me. But, my heart will forever be broken in his absence.

I SAW THE MOVIE! Midnight premier! They had some Official Merch for sale and I got a T shirt. SO THE MOVIE.....I was nice and had alot of song rehearsals. All taken place on the stage. Mostly in casual clothes. MJ had Ed Hardy sweats on at end. 1 or 2 songs had dress rehearsal-Thriller! It was what I expected, MJ and cast all going over the songs. I was very pleased. The dancers were great and the female guitarist was outstanding. It was sad too. Because it is the tour we will never have. It meant so much to him, you see him clowning and smiling at these reheasals and it just breaks your heart. He was 50 doing 50! It meant so damn much! He was perfecting everything and almost there on tour! I came home with a feeling of loss and sadness. I am happy I have finally seen it. It's been a very hard year for all of us. For the last 4 months we have thought of and grieved MJ on a daily basis. I will be seeing it again, and maybe then I can celebrate his music! But for tonight I will be going to bed with visions of the movie, a tissue, and a tear.

Just got home from the premiere and I am speechless, Michael looked so happy and just radiant, just like a firefly, high energy and truely in beautiful form. Thank You so much Kenny Ortega for giving this to us, his loving fans. I can't sleep I am so in the moment, and yes I am going to three more showings. I was so focused on him, could not take my eyes off MJ, not for a second. He will live on in our hearts forever. I love you Michael, Thank You.

Rarely am I so gripped by a movie that I did not want to blink! With all sincerity, this is by far the BEST film in all respects. I just returned from the Premiere and I can’t wait to go back to the theater tomorrow to experience the magic again.

Michael Jackson’s loving presence is an experience you definitely want to see. As this movie is from the footage of rehearsals for his 50 concert performances in London, Michael Jackson was extraordinarily “hands on” regarding every facet of the concert “experience” he was creating.

What I paid special attention to was Michael’s appearance as far as health is concerned. I can ASSURE you this Gift to Humanity named Michael Jackson was at PEAK performance. He looked radiant, happy, he had a huge amount of energy, he was clearly in love with the process of creating something to make this world a better place – and he said so during rehearsals.

With such super high energy that went into the rehearsals, I think just about anyone would have difficulty winding down to go to sleep. It is my pure opinion that Michael accidentally too more medicine to help him sleep, without realizing it was too much.

The energy Michael and ALL who were involved in these rehearsals exuded that “It” quality – the kind that is almost indefinable in words – that transports you with awe INTO the experience.

The movie Director, producers, special effects, make-up, costume, musicians, the dancers who performed with Michael during these final rehearsals before his passing are all PHENOMENAL.
I feel we owe a HUGE debt of gratitude to the special souls who actually took the footage during the rehearsals. What a GIFT you have given humanity.

THIS IS IT is an extraordinary legacy that will remain with me forever, and I believe it will with you as well!

Just watched the 9pm showing in San Diego. What a wonderful film to document the power that was and is Michael Jackson. He moved with ease and though he was trying to preserve his throat, his voice was amazing! It felt very intimate, and I am so grateful that Ortega thought to share MJ's gifts in this way with the world. Very uplifting to see him shine in his element. It confirms that there will never be another Michael Jackson; he was so far beyond this time and space. May he rest in peace forever. I love you, Michael! always...
