EAST AFRICA NEEDS THE WORLD'S HELP
In 1985, Michael joined with Lionel Richie to write the anthem “We Are the World” sung by USA for Africa to give voice to the cries of millions of people – especially children – who were suffering from famine on the African continent. Through those efforts, people worldwide extended a hand as relief money was raised and supplies were sent to Africa to those who desperately needed them. Sadly, 26 years later famine has renewed its grip on another generation of Africans. Some estimate hundreds of thousands of people could die as a result if relief isn’t forthcoming. As the startling images in this video featuring the song, 'High Tide Or Low Tide' by Bob Marley and the Wailers, show, the suffering that stirred Michael to action with “We Are the World” continues today. The people and children of Africa still need hope. Michael isn’t here to help alleviate this suffering but we are. Please do whatever you can to help.

I think about all the food that we waste everyday here in America, It could feed Families all across this Globe. When Michael was alive and tried to save as many children as he could, the people here tried to crucify him. I just don't understand. I am not rich, but I will do what I can. My ♡ is heavy as I watch this everyday on the News. If we would all just give what we can it would help..

i just wish the world would be a better place and people wouldnt have to go through that michael jackson cared about all people black white chinese spanish mexican it didnt even matter what matter 2 him was helping someone in need he is the most caring person i ever saw in my life he had the biggest heart to help out children in need we miss you michael we will carry out your legacy and heal the world

This is what I'm talking about when I say that to me Michael is a prophet; as well as the greatest entertainer ever; It's evident in songs like, We Are The World, Heal The World, Earthsong, Man In The Mirror, Will You Be There,... These songs are still a very now word. God has given Michael the stage as his poolpit. He has reached nations; going FAR beyond the church walls. Talk about AMAZING! God used his fame to spread the love and light of God. His true calling. Michael is the reason why I have found my true destiny. He's the reason why I really love and want to be an added blessing to others. Why I want to help change the world. Michael, After Jesus himself, you are my everyday inspiration baby. I luv you so very much. I luv u more. Hugging and kissing you and the kids in the spirit. Kisses.

ITS SO SAD how governments dont help these people and this place......cause our help could be little but they can make a huge change cause they have the power and the money to do it perfectly .....really sad....

I AM SURE WE ARE ALL DONATING SEPARATELY. BUT WE COULD ACHIEVE SO MUCH MORE IF WE WORKED TOGETHER.

Why people have to suffer so much?and why is there so much pain,starving,poorness....We have to make a change...Do it for this world,for us,for all the people and children...Do it for Michael-he would love that<3
