Re: This Is It - 3/1/2010
Posted by unity4all on Nov 05, 2010 at 7:07 PMThis video demonstrates a culmination of Michael Jackson's fervor and passion for his craft. There are scenes of repeated rehearsals which make very clear how his performances were so masterfully implemented.
One scene is unforgetable in which he is challenged by a very talented female vocalist, and he could not help himself but to sing back to her to show he heard what she sung, and also could keep up/ and exceed her skill level but, it was done with flare and class.
His performance clearly indicates he was completely engaged in the work /production and should not have left the scene/earth so early. No one who is ready to die works so passionately. I believe that is why his mother sat grave side for so many days, because she knew her son, like I know my children, and you just know when they are happy and fulfilled.
He left us a legacy we should be well proud of and also learn from. Music is a very essential component of living, and is just as natural as breathing. I believe that is why Michael was so successful, because he understood how music can make you feel alive and enjoy it.

Posted by Lorenda on Feb 13, 2010 at 12:35 PMYou read in reviews that Michael Jackson wanted his fans to walk away from this concert with their mouths on the floor. Just from watching the rehearsals they would have and more. He never failed at his talent to make people believe. This concert would have been the best thing on the face of the earth and it is heartwarming that it is being played out in heaven. There will NEVER be a talent such as his EVER. Michael Jackson will be loved and missed even after those of us that grew up with him are long gone and seeing him in heaven. All of our prayers are with his children especially and with his family. This was a senseless death that should have never happened and is still like a dream that we all are waiting to wake up from. God Bless you Michael Jackson keep praising the good lord above and we will see you in heaven.
Thank You Michael

Posted by afridamjfan4life on Oct 23, 2009 at 6:18 PMI was going to London from Toronto as it was spring break from school and the other 3 dates I had tickets to was August 17, 19th and 24th as they fell on my 18th birthday weekend. This was going to be my 10th time seeing MJ live again. It was truly going to be a magical time of my life as I was older and would remember the amazing as I was only 1 when I saw him at the Dangerous tour and 5 during the HIStory tour. When I heard the tragic news on June 25th, I just couldn't and wouldn't believe. It felt as if a giant bus just hit me and I was in a trance! It was so unfair and way too soon for him to be gone. I really hope he's in a place where he was finally rest in peace! Love you always! <3
