A&E makes it sound like they sold those 250 million albums alone. I think they had a little help from a 5th brother named Michael!! Maybe they couldn't mention his name due to legal issues, but they sure have no problem selling his stuff in thier store!

Don't believe everything u read.........half is speculation..........I'm curious to see the new Jackson dynasty....... Boy, they are all cashing in on MJ...what a shame.....
I read and saw an Interview from RANDY where he said "He didn't or wanted to profit off his Brother" ..."He wasn't interested in doing the A&E Reality show for profit". At least on of the Brothers has some class. Also, Marlon made me mad on the Today show last week when he didn't want to talk about Michael fully BUT rather talk about the A&E Jackson Family Reality Show. I'm not attacking MJ's Brothers - I just think this whole thing could have been handled better!! THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER MICHAEL JACKSON!!
THIS IS JUST NOT FAIR and NOT RIGHT!! I will watch the first few show because I know they will cover Michael's Memorial and Funeral so they know us DIEHARD MJ FANS are going to want to watch mainly for MICHAEL's!!

I still can't figure out why Randy isn't part of the A&E series or the 40th anniversary concert. I know he wasn't in the original group, but he did replace Jermaine when he left & they renamed the group The Jacksons.
The grief of every fan in the world combined could never compare to the grief Michael's brothers feel and will continue to feel for the rest of their lives. When a family member dies, the loss NEVER goes away. But life must go on. When my mother died, I had to be back at work in a week, and if I hadn't had to travel across the country to arrange her funeral and handle all her affairs, my employer would have only given me 2 days. Upon my return, nobody questioned my grief or accused me of caring more about $$$$ because I didn't quit my job. The Jackson brothers were doing the show BEFORE Michael died. They are legally obligated to fulfill their commitments. What benefit can possibly arise from being sued for breach of contract? Michael loved his family and they loved him. With all the accusations hurled at the Jacksons on this forum, I have not seen anyone explain why they think Michael would want his fans to attack his grieving family or spurn his brothers' talent or contribution to the world of music.

I watched them on the Today Show and was shocked that Marlon was adamant about not talking about Michael. I sure he knows that the only reason why many of the people will watch their show, is in hopes that something about Michael will be said. They know it too that's why they've incorporated the Memorial and Funeral Services into their first shows. They know that "Michael" is the draw. I personally don't care about Marlon, Jermaine, Tito or Jackie. I am, however, interested in Michael's children, his mother, Janet and Rebbie (will one of them take the children, if their mother can't care for them.). I'm sure LaToya can't do it, she can't even take care of herself or give meaningful answers when questioned about things!
I don't understand how MJ's Brothers are going to have a 40th Anniversary for the Jackson 5 WITHOUT MICHAEL!!! Also, I sorry to say BUT MICHAEL WAS 90% of the JACKSON 5. NO ONE CAN REPLACE HIM - NO ONE!! Also, these Brothers acts like they've had a lot of fame since the Victory Tour in 1982 and they HAVEN'T!! NO ONE was thinking or remembering MJ's Brothers over the past 20 years now they are trying to CASH IN ON MICHAEL"s DEATH!!
There will BE NO TRUE Jackson 5 TOUR OUR REUNION without Michael. Who is going to sing lead - JERMAINE???? Yeah Right - THIS IS JUST WRONG!!! Even in Death, as in Life, Michael's Brother's are still riding his Success on his Back to the END - UNREAL!!!

The Show , I think is an incredibly stupid idea. You cant have a reunion when one person is dead. I think its all about the $$$$. It seemed that they are not grieving anymore. I have a feeling that they are really taking advantage of his death.

I honestly don't know how they can have a Jackson 5 reunion without Michael, unless they plan on calling themselves the Jackson 4 now. Maybe they plan on having one of Tito's kids fill in for Michael, but it wouldn't be the same.
Their celebrity? Really? That's almost comical. It's as though they had to deal with celebrity on the level that their brother Michael had. I would like to see any one of them try to walk in Michael's shoes for just ONE DAY. Honestly, if they want the fame and fortune that he had, then they would also have to agree to deal with the negative tabloid harassment, the name-calling, the constant lies, and the unbelievable scrutiny of everything in their lives.......just like Michael had to. Just a guess, but I really doubt that they could handle it with the same grace and dignity that Michael maintained.
No offense, but what is a Jackson 5 reunion without Michael...in my opionion just depressing. Maybe we can find a way to petition the brothers to release the Victory tour on DVD. If they're looking to make money that would be a great way.
I agree, the wording is odd, but as you said, it's probably for legal reasons that they can't use his name. But I don't know would would be restricted from selling his merchandise. Is the A&E store any different from Amazon, Walmart, Tower, Buy.com, MTV, B&N or any of the millions of other retailers that are selling his stuff? My objection to the merchandise is not that they're selling his albums, but that a search by subject Music brings up only two MJ books - "Jacko" and Halprin's piece of trash.
Okay i am confused, baffled don't know what to say about this.....
