Born and raised in Brooklyn New York, I can remember my first introduction to music. Me and my sisters would tie towels around our heads and pretend to be the Supremes. We used spoons as our microphones and teddy bears as our audience. I of course, was Dianna Ross.

As far as Michael Jackson was concerned, he was my future husband. Lol… I remember playing out 50 different scenarios in my head of how my daily life would be as Mrs. Jackson. Little have changed.

I wonder how many fans out there, fantasized about the same things (blush). I also wonder if minus the fame and fortune, would they pursue Michael and accept him for the man that he is? Only you can answer this.

I love children… been working with them for the past 20+ years and am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in education and my 2ndary Teaching Certification. Normally I’m surrounded by young people, either at school or family functions.

A big kid at heart I love to sing and act. Traveled to Europe, Jamaica and Mexico to sing and act on mission tours. Am currently playing “Mama” in “A raisin on the Sun,” locally – and loving it.

People refer to me as a “free spirit,” I say “whatever,” and continue on my merry way. A songwriter, I hear music all the time, and can be seen spontaneously writing lyrics down on anything made of paper. In the studio I come up with “on the spot” lyrics from hearing melodies played.

My destiny involves music, acting, the stage and… Michael Jackson. I believe in the impossible.

I loved Michael as a young girl and continue to love him as an adult. Not because I know him personally or am caught up in the frenzy of his legacy. I simply love him because he dared to be different. He dared to believe in the impossible.
