I have read as much as I could of the trial transcripts and there are a few things missing. I think Tom Meserault asked the questions that were needed to get Michael aquitted but he could have gone farther with some of the questions about the accuser. If he had asked his mother questions about the type of cancer that Gavin had I think a lot of people would have seen a conspiracy in the making on their part from the beginning.Ever since I found out ( don't ask me how) that Gavin is alive and well and serving abroad in the Military I felt there was something deeply wrong with this story.In the rebuttal video that they taped for Michael, Janet Arvizo talks about her sons cancer saying how it was stage 4, a 16 pound tumor was removed, along with an adrenal gland ( located on the kidney), kidney and spleen. She said the doctors had told her to prepare for her sons funeral.I think this was all greatly exaggerated.I think she saw an opportunity to make money on her sons illness and used it to an unimaginable extreme.Ater listening to her on the video I realized ( opinion ) what type of cancer this boy had. it is called a "Wilms Tumor". these tumors are a totally encased large tumor of the adrenal gland . They are rapidly growing but as long as they are encased they are not a terminal disease. They don't metastasize( spread) unless they are ruptured.It is common to lose the organs adjacent to the tumor and chemotherapy is always given as a prophylactic measure to insure a complete recovery but the recovery rate is 94% very few die from this . I have known mothers whose children have cancer they are never as vague about their childrens cancer as this woman was. They know the medical terms and the medication given and the prognosis better than the doctors do. They recite this information so easily it becomes second nature to them and they should, their childs life is at stake they have to know what is happening.This woman make the story about her , how she had to walk to the hospital for 3 hours to get to treatments for her son etc etc etc. Also when he first became ill and Make a Wish came into the picture this boy wanted to meet comedians ( Chris Tucker, Jay Leno, George Lopez). Why because he wanted to be an actor/comedian/ why the sudden swtch to a singer musician? Because he had the most money. They knew ahead of time that Michael had been accussed of child abuse in 93 and still they wanted to meet him. And last who introduced them to the attorney of the 1993 accuser? This is the part I'm missing but I think it was Gloria Alred . I know I read that somewhere. Why didn't she take the case herself? She's friends with Diane Dimond they both worked for Court TV. Diane openly adimits to a relationship wth Tom Sneddon a comarades in arms together relationship of " Get MIchael Jackson At All Costs" relationship.I think they conspired ahead of time to send the Arvizos in there to do what they did. We just need documents and witnesses to prove it.
