'Thriller 25' Record

So, I saw they released a new vinyl record of 'Thriller 25'.
Eh... I'd like to buy it, especially for the price.
But not available outside the US? That's a little unfair.

How can I obtain one then?
I guess someone could buy it for me inside the US, I pay them and they send it.

I'd like to know, though, why not outside the US?
