I currently live in Colorado Springs, CO and have been an MJ fan since 1968. At the time of his death, I had forgotten that we were only 4 years apart in age; I've been dancing with Michael since I was 6. My mom worked for the music dept of a retail store and she was a buyer for Motown and Capital Records. I grew up with Michael and the Jacksons and many others as you can imagine. As we grew older together, Michael entertained me through my teenage and college years. I will always cherish the memories I have of him.

I regret that I never got to see him perform live in person, but his music, videos and short films will live with me always. Michael warmed my heart with his love, kindness, generosity and humanitarianism. Its going to be hard to imagine going forward without him. He has been a part of my life forever. I will continue to sing, move and dance and feel music always, thanks to MJ and his love. I will celebrate him and his legacy forever.

I got to see This Is It and am so grateful to Kenny Ortega, Sony and MJ's family for producing and releasing that film. It helps me to be able to see him perform and be close as if I was somehow a part of his life. He certainly is and always will be a part of mine. I laugh, cry, dance and remember. Its all I have right now.
