I don't have a blu-ray player and not going to purchase it just for this one movie, so I looked into getting that 2-DVD special on the amazon.co.uk site and found out that those DVDs won't work here in the U.S. That's so unfair. Why Sony? Why isn't it made to work and be available here in the U.S. too?

Yep, sounds like Michael is being exploited by Sony even in death. I don't think Michael would have ever agreed to sell his music catalog to Sony when he was alive.
