I'm a fan (and you should be too)..... I am 39 years old and MJ transcended four generations, mine being the third, My kids are fans as well.... He's like a member of the family. My aunts loved the Jackson 5 with Michael being the fav... We had no choice but I would not have had it any other way. ... He's been a presence in my family from early Motown years. ABC; Maybe Tomorrow, Mama Pearls, Stop the Love; Daddy's Home; Ben; Got to Be There; I'll Be There; Blame it on the Boogie, Dancing Machine... I can go on and on... His records were like household staples... By the time Thriller came out, I was only 12 yrs old and already very familiar with him; he was not to me. My grandmother once said he was a "gift from god" If only she had lived to see just how much of a gift he truly was. I will always love MJ..
I think of him often and I still have my moments... I will love him forever... I cannot even begin to know how his family and those who knew him personally feel... I know their world has been emotionally capsized, if that even describes it... May god bless his soul and those who loved him...... especially his children, parents, siblings. close relatives and friends... and of course his fans, which he always acknowledged and loved....
