I found this series of articles on Michael, the Bashir programme and the Jordie Chandler & Arvizo cases. They're interesting reading- the writer claims that they were both extortion attempts. There's an iteresting one on Evan Chandler and how he used a 'truth drug' on Jordie to get a confession.
