I am pretty sure that is pajamas jeans have a more denim look. And this has a pattern like a pajama would have.

I don't think those are baggy jeans. I've seen him in blue jeans before for photo shoots, but he really likes his pajama pants, and I'm pretty sure that, that is what he has on in this picture.
